2. Overview
This website is a static information page. It sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content, and uses no analytics or tracking services. Personal data is processed only to the extent that is technically unavoidable when any website is accessed (server log files), and when you contact us on your own initiative.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by a service provider in Germany:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (the "host").
The host processes, on our behalf, the data generated when the website is visited. A data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. The servers are located in Germany; no transfer to a third country takes place.
On each access, the web server automatically records information transmitted by your browser and stores it in what are known as server log files. These are:
- date and time of access
- the file or address (URL) requested
- the amount of data transferred
- notification of successful retrieval
- the type and version of your browser
- your operating system
- the previously visited page (referrer), where transmitted
- the IP address (shortened)
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in delivering the website free of technical errors and in its stability and security (in particular, defending against attacks). The log files are stored for a short period, typically 30 days, and then deleted. IP addresses are shortened by the host.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website stores no cookies on your device and does not access information on your device. Consent under Section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required. No analytics, tracking, or audience-measurement services are used, and no user profiles are created.
5. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts); in particular, no IP address is transmitted to third parties.
6. Encryption (SSL/TLS)
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar and the padlock symbol in your browser.
7. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the details you provide (e.g. your name, email address, and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We store this data until your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the following rights:
- access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
Right to object: where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to that processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise your rights, an informal message to the contact details above is sufficient.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority competent for us is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (LfDI Baden-Württemberg), Heilbronner Straße 35, 70191 Stuttgart, Germany.
